This is how I would call Xi'an. When we were going to China we asked a friend and he told us Xian was worth just to go and see the warriors. We listened and we took flight just in time to arrive at noon in the city, have a walk and the next morning go and see the warriors. All wrong, of course.

Inside the walls, we can see the towers of the bell and drum, so typical in Chinese cities and something much more special, its Muslim Quarter.

The mosque is the centre of a neighbourhood where there has been a clash of cultures. It is a Chinese style building; with Arabic inscriptions make it the perfect place for prayers according to Muslim law.

If you've ever been in an Arab city, the smell of spices and the bazaar will bring you good memories.

Outside the walls you can visit the pagodas of great and small goose. In addition to wander through its many shopping centres.

But don’t forget! one day must be booked to see the warriors, they are a true wonder.
